It's a PB6 I have Palmer's old catalogues.

It's a PB-6. They had plain butt sleeves like this:

This one is just like the catalog. Around 1980, give or take a few years - the entire line was produced by Adam in Japan to Palmer's specs. They are a good playing cue too!
