ROFL, you think that someone talking to you on the phone got you to win a 10 and 16 player tournament, and win 6 of 8 in your league?

Positive reinforcement has a lot of affect on the mind.

You could have very well just had a good night and thought it was from something else.

hey gene been keeping up with you here on the net just wanted to let you know that after you gave me a phone lesson all my buddy's have been wanting to know what I did to pick up my game sense the lesson I have won a couple small ten dollar tournaments one with ten players and one with sixteen players and last three weeks on league night I have won 6 out of 8 games in league and thanks again for the help on the brake told my friends to give you a call thanks again from AL

Does perfect aim help with alignment for solid rights to a person's teeth?

"He doesn't know how close he came to missing his front teeth. I almost swung a solid right that would have definitely hit it's mark. He would have had no idea it was coming."

5 years of tae kwon do sure does...........

Knowledge is everything and I'm sure you know that.

Not knowing is kind of scary. When your backing someone up in a corner as this guy did you need to know more about the other guy.

If he knew my background he would have kept his distance when he was faking like he was going to hit me.

With 5 years of tae kwon do, I surely could have landed one really good punch for sure to an unexpecting target.

You just don't forget how to do this.

Lucky for both of us my knowledge and discipline kept us both from getting hurt.

The next guy he does this to might have a gun or a knife.

And might have a temper as bad as his?

You never know..........

Being able to envision the shot correctly works even better.

Hi there Tommy,

I know this is hard to believe but it is what it is.

I've taken aiming to a level never reached before. A place that players and other teachers have barely thought about.

I've done over 500 of these free phone lessons all over the world with great success.

Al is just one of the recent ones.

If you go to my site I did 23 free phone lessons with 23 AZers like yourself that said they didn't believe that something like this could help a player so much.

Just click on there and read some of them. They are all glowing.

What else can I do.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink?

Instead of doubting why don't you just give me a call and you will see first hand with your own eyes what Perfect Aim can do for you.............

The results are almost rediculous.

And why would I travel around the country teaching something if it didn't really work well?

4 years now?

Give me a call. It's Free. And it's the most important thing you will have learned in you life on the pool table.

That I guarantee............

Perfect Aim is off to Tunica......

I had a really sore neck yesterday so I iced it up last night. Today it feels great.

That was enough for me to say lat's go........

Packing up the car. got about a 7 hour drive.

Hopefully I can get there for the 9:00 players meeting.

See ya all there.

I will be doing some lessons too. 715-563-8712

Need to take a break from playing............

I hate yo say this but this rear end collision has kind of finished my pool game off for now.

Had shoulder surgery 3 1/2 years ago, Crushed the right side of my chest with the motorhome, and now this rear end collision.

The sad thing is they are all connected and when one tightens up they all start working against me. Shoulder, back and neck.

I got some muscle relaxers to sleep with but I can't play if I take one during shooting pool whether it be practicing of competing.

I know this neck is going to take a long time to heal. In 1986 I got hit from the rear. The gal was going 55 and never hit the brakes. I got knocked out in that one too.

Now at 60 years old my neck and back didn't take it so well.

I might have to make someplace my home for awhile and teach up a storm. A city where there is no smoking.

I could do wonders for any poolhall that would be needing a shot in the arm. I owned one for about 13 years. It's not rocket science to make one of these work.

Sometimes when I go to some poolhalls I wonder how they stay in business. I see so many problems.

The days of just throwing in some tables and being busy are done. People want something special if they're going to spend the money.

For right now though there isn't enough ice in Alaska to help the pain and tightness I have felt for the last month and 1/2.

I'm evaluating my next move while I'm here in Tunica. I doubt if I will play in any more tournaments in the next week and 1/2 but I sure will be teaching.

One banged up man, a van and the road...........

Good day today..........

Today i rested all the aches and pain.

I went down to the Main Event with Mika playing on the stream table.

Chris R brought me over to meet a friend of his that plays with all the big boys.

Tomorrow I'm showing him Perfect Aim.

This young man plays pretty good already. It's going to be kind of scary to think what this will do for his game.

I know what it will do.

I won't put his name on here until I ask him if it's OK.

But I'm sure he wouldn't mind especially when he sees how this will help him.

Nice guy too.

I'll be doing the lessons for the next day or so.

715-563-8712 Don't miss out...........

Need to give up trying to compete for now.....

Pretty frustrating but a reality.

That little rear end accident has done some damage that is just going to take time.

I have trouble hitting the right keys on the keyboard. I need to do allot of correcting after I get done.

When i'm doing a lesson for the first 3 weeks after the accident I couldn't remember certain words that I used with every lesson. They were just gone. Kind of like you forgget someones name. it's right there but you just don't remember.

The word periifial and ocular were words that were just gone that i used everyday. The doctor told me this is common with concussions. I know there are allot of things that I might not remember. Like shooting pool.

I find myself just running out the balls and just not forseeing the problem I will run into until I get there. My patterns are real bad also.

I really get embarrassed when I look helpless.

And once i get a little tired forget about it.

I'm going to have to work real hard at getting my brain back. Just need to keep going .

The worst thing for me to do is sit around. This would be real easy to do.

Need to keep moving.

Just got my wieght back down to 190 after slowing down from the accident. I had crept back up to 200. My goal weight here is 175.

I'm going to stay here in Tunica and work with the league players here in the bar table tournys here for now. I need to push myself because I know that is the way to make things better with my health.

it kills me not to play but it kills me more to know that I have no chance to make it happen.

One man a van and the road........

Hey Geno, will probably see you next week. I think I'm going to head down to Tunica with a few of my polishers and see if I can stir up some business.

Hope you get feeling better soon.

Woody

Good day here in Tunica.....

The bank pool tourny is now going on over to the casino and the NAPA pool league is doing their singles tournys right now also.

They got all these tables there and hardly anyone there right now. There has to be 100 diamonds for sure. When they have the team events is when they will need all of them.

They have mini tourny but they have $20 entry minis that you have to be a NAPA member to play and other players have to play in a non NAPA tourny.

What's happening is there is 6 names on the non napa tourny signed up at 3:00 PM and at 7:30 there were still only 6.

The NAPA ones are filling up fast.

Good luck getting to even play in a mini if your not a NAPA member. They're trying to protect their players but the other mini isn't going to work at all.

They did this in Vegas one year when I was there. They had a Master mini and an Open mini.

The Master mini would take 6 hours to fill up. I think there were only 32 master players in the whole tournament. Needless to say I never played in a mini there.

This is going to kinda work the same way.

I gave 4 mini lessons with the possibility of a full lesson later.

It's amazing how much we are all the same.

Just right eye dominant, left eye dominant or ocular vision.

It's gotten so easy to teach this and so much easier to find the dominant eye. The first year i was teaching Perfect Aim it was tough sometimes to figure out the dominant eye sometimes. The pointing and circle tests are so unreliable that I quit using them all together.

Played about races to 7 with Rob Saez............

Rob needed to get stroking the ball better and so did I so we went at it.

When two players square off like we did it is for one reason. To play good enough to make the other guy shoot well and figure out some of the things that are holing you back.

In about the 7th set Rob stops and says to me. Wow, I was holding my cue too far up. Plus I wasn't doing my normal, run the stick through my hand a couple of times, preshot warmup.

For me it was forcing myself to focus with absolutely nothing left in the tank for sure.

I played in a ring game last night that Ray Hansen stirred up with 2 guys from Florida , Mr hill from Olatha and myself.

I never missed a ball in 3 houras so the practice with Rob really paid off.

The one guy from Florida was tall with short dark hair and black glasses. I think he only missed one shot all night himself. This guy has to be one of the top player the way he played.

I made about $75 even though I shot after this guy. It was only $5 per man on the 10 ball.

Hill got out of the game after about the first 8 racks. After about 3 hours Ray got out.

I thought maybe the guys from Florida would want to keep playing but they didn't even ask if I wanted to play some more., they just unscrewed.

So i put my neck brace back on and went to Memphis to get some food.

Before the ring game I gave 3 lessons to the people that run the NAPA league tournaments. After learning what they did from me they are going to announce on the mic that they have a little treat for everyone.

Gene Albrecht is here with his Perfect Aim doing mini lessons for everyone and it's free.

This is going to be tough because there are so many players. I need to move real fast and not spend too much time on one player. I should be able to help about 40 for sure in about 6 hours.

They won't know everything about perfect Aim but they will know how well it works and they will be on the right track.

Going to be a busy night but a fun one.

The thought of improving 40 players games in one night is awesome. But what's really awesome is the magnitude that this will have with their pool game. Now they can get better . Now they can see why they were missing the shots before.

It don't get any better than this.

Tunica 9 ball starts at 1:00 Players meeting at noon

For the last 2 days I've been giving lessons and trying to play a little.

I'd have to say the outcome will not be good.

But that's why we play the game, to see who will win, so I guess that is what we will do.

Wore out and going to bed.

I might have to wear it today...........

Go Gene, snap em off with the neck brace spot!

It's pretty sore today and on those days i have trouble holding my head steady while I'm down on the shot.

The good thing is when I have it on it keeps my left dominant eye over to the right where it belongs. I can't move the right eye over because the brace won't let me.

It might be an advantage.

I've been trying not to wear it because people make cracks about it and I've been pretty good without it as long as i wear it until I get there. But if I go too long without it I get a nasty headache. That sucks. Once it's there it's really there for awhile.

I might just wear it today so i don't get the headache and hold the head still.

I'll know more when i get there and try to shoot.

New idea.

The Perfect Aim brace for opposite eye dominant players.

It actually works.

Let's see. $19.95 and the second one is FREE. :killingme::wink2::idea2::rolleyes:

I win the first one........

I played a guy named Saunders. He's a pretty good player but he isn't in very good stroke right now.

Lucky for me. I missed a few shots that I shouldn't have.

My neck hurts and I got a headache. I found a chiro in Memphis that is going to work on me. Most of them don't want to see you just once I'm finding out. But i need to get stuff moved around in my neck and back. My whole right arm and left hand keep going numb at night. Sometimes if I'm just sitting still.

I'm going to have to use the neck brace when I shoot. I can't hold the neck still enough. I can feel and see the wobble when I'm looking at the shot. With the brace on I can keep the head still anyway.

The problem is I havn't shot with the brace much. It's going to be kind of earn as you learn.

The good news is I don't have to play again until 11:30 AM.

Don't know who i got to play. Didn't look and don't really care.

They all have to shoot the balls in the hole before you to win.

A new discovery,,,,,Biofreeze..........

I spent from 3:00 to 9:00 in Memphis.

Went to the Chiro and they gave me these little things of biofreeze. That stuff is great. I still can't turn my head but it isn't killing me. It probably had allot to do with the Chiro. I never had it hurt that bad to get adjusted.

Got my food all set and got one lesson to do and it's to bed to get ready for the 11:30 AM match thursday.

Biofeeze and ice are both my friends.................

Biofreeze says it all.................

Won my second match. Got to block out the distractions.
It's amazing how many inconsiderate people there are at a tournament of this caliber.

Distractions that shouldn't have been there cost me 4 games for sure my last match.

I need to toughen up because it looks like they are just going to keep happening.

I keep getting stuck back on tables 1 or 2. That's back where the technical guys are in back of the curtain. Unfortuanately they talk loud enough to hear each other over their equipment and the ones with head phones don't know how loud their talking. When everything else is dead silent they all sound like they are shouting. These guys arn't incosiderate, they just don't know how loud it is while your trying to play on the table about 9 to 10 feet away. The curtain doesn't stop any noise at all.

One game I was shooting the one in the corner. I heard someone say foul kind of loud. It was one of the guys behind the curtain calling a foul on the stream they were watching on the main table.

It's tough. i just hope they don't put me back there again.

Players just come back and start hitting balls right next to your match. This is OK but they are supposed to stay out of your way. I was having to wait for this one guy to shoot his practice shot so I could shoot. O told him to please go somewhere else. He argued the fact he was trying to stay out of our way. I told him he wasn't trying hard enough.

And it isn't the high profile player wanting to hit balls next to a match. They're very considerate. I doubt these players that are trying to practice next to me would do this to Efren or Shane. They would give them respect and room......

Play again at 4:00 PM. The redraw so I might get an easy match and I might get a real tough one.

You never know.

But whoever it is they have to shoot the balls in first or they lose.

One thing I did notice with the biofreeze is it seems to raise your body temp. It might just be the heat of the battle also.

If I can get by another 2 matches anything can happen. A little pressure both ways can be a game changer even for some of the great players.

How do you eat an elephant? it's one bite at a time.

Focus hard on the task at hand. I'm giving my all for sure. ....
