If anyone is going to the BCA trade show, I'll be there with my son, would be nice to meet some people from here. I'll have my laptop with me so send me a PM with a contact # and I'll call to meet up.

We may be at the OB booth with Mike Dechaine at times also when my son has time from matches/mini tournaments.

Flying out tonight, tournament starts Tuesday evening, wish us luck! Well, wish my son luck at least :D
 
Have fun Buddy. Must be nice to be able to do this type of thing with your son.

A common interest that you both love. It does sound as tho your Son may have a promising future in playing.

That is, if he all of a sudden doesn't find girls. They have a bad habit of changing the rules on a guy sometimes.

My Son is just about 30 and we have been getting acquainted again. Something that was never allowed before.

Its a lot of fun. I missed out on a lot.
 
Working on getting up there Wednesday if my normal clients will give me a break... Seems like I am only busy when there is something else I need to be doing... Will look for you at the OB booth.. Should have some product samples with me if all goes well....

I started playing at 15 and really wanted to play in the Jr. Nationals.. I even qualified once.. JUST NEVER MADE IT!
As a young man I took that opportunity for granted. Please, make your son take pictures, so when he gets my age and just a little better than average player he will remember.
 
A very good 16 yr old plays out of the same hall I do. Does anyone know if there on brackets for the event? I would like follow how he does.
 
please tell your son: he don't need no stinkin' sponsors!
(cause he's JUST. THAT. GOOD.)
