Just picked up this beauty yesterday. One of a kind with purpleheart forearm, 8 points with turquoise and black veneer, spade tips on short points, and clover tips on long points, fancy rings on the joint collars which is very rare. Cue was designed by me, everything came out perfect.

wow what a TAD!!!! I want one, I need to go down and order a cue or 2, I love the new designs/colors.

Two thumbs up for an awesome Tad... The veneer colors along with the purple heart looks great. Good job!

Words cannot describe it! Nice, Nice, Nice...

A years wait isn't bad at all considering what you have to wait for other cue makers. I remember not too long ago, like about 7 months ago, I spoke to Fred about refinishing my Tad and he told me then that it would be 6 months until he could get to it.

Hmmm, if you can buy directly from the shop and get a cue like yours I may have to seriously consider coming out of retirement and going back to work...not!

Again, congrats on this outstanding cue.

They have been extremely busy this year, and no they don't just let anyone come into the shop and order a cue, especially this type of a cue they did it just for me.

The last cue I got from their shop was back in 1979. I got another from Rick at Best Billiards in the early '90s. At that time I was under the impression that Tad was no longer selling to directly to individuals from his shop. But I did stop by to pick up my other one that I was having refinished a couple years prior.

I won't be down there any time soon since I retired and moved out of CA to WA.

i would like to buy this cue too. the last tad i got from you was incredible, we fixed the ring that was expanded and now it rolls straight! and polished the brass and clear window. so now its still oriqinal! and looks like this for a 40year old cue

That's the best Tad I've ever seen. If you ever sell it I have a kidney I don't need. All we need is some ice and a seedy motel room.

Very, very nice Tad. Unique, fancy, colorful, intricate and likely plays a ton!

Thanks for sharing.
