this is actually for his father in guam
brandon hit me up for a cue, the only two i had that werent sold and even close to being completed were this one and the zebra cue you'll see in next post
he went back and forth over both, then decided to buy both
gotta love guys like that!!!!!!!
anyways, he caught this cue just about half way thru finish,
so i was able to add the little note to his father onto cue
(which doesnt show very well in these pics)
the name on cue is correct , ONE A , photobucket pic name is incorrect

he wanted a 60" cue, but this was a 29" butt,
and since i hadn't started shaft yet,
we went with a 30" instead of 29" with a buckhorn ferrule

you may remember this as the experimental corian cue
jim lee, jd customs, did the leather for me
brenster doesnt have a leather jig yet :sorry:
tried something different, taking pics outside in the "almost sun" we had today. yes, my pics suck eggs!!!!

Very nice work Brent. Simple and cleanly executed but the butterflies really pop out and make the cue very unique. I'm sure his dad will love it.

Your work reminds me a lot of Dieckman.
(I mean that in as compliment of course.. as Dieckman is a genius.)

i have to rethink my philosophy
southwest > $4000 > 9 years
BHQ > $600 > 1 year
i see a pattern :grin::grin::grin::grin:
i need to add 8 more years to your cue , with interest
see ya in 2017 buddy :rotflmao1::rotflmao1::rotflmao1::rotflmao1:
