Who was 50 and 70? Yes its even.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes it was Ronnie 50, Django 70. This was in Astrobowl back in early 2002 (? sorry all I can remember is it happened when I was a fresh graduate so it's either late 2001 or early 2002) for $1000 (present conversion). That time Ronnie won. It went hill-hill but as Django was cleaning up the last rack, he missed a ball then Ronnie cleaned up and won from there.

Ronnie won over Django 21-18 in 15-ball rotation last night. Darren Appleton over Corteza, 25-13 in 8-ball. Fyi, Dave and Darren left this morning, 2 mos in Manila for a 2 week tournament!

I was there sir last night for a while. Left when Ronnie's score was 18. Man that was a long set. Also saw Efren and Roberto Gomez play a little one-pocket on the side :)

Ww, Ronnie looked good in those new set of choppers! Too bad I missed the Corteza-Appleton, I didn't realize that it was already that late when I walked in. What happened to the Efren-Warren match?

Roy,

I may be there then as well. Look me up.
Are you trying to build up your frequent flyer miles? LOL! Now do you still wonder why Filipinos look younger than their age? Life is a lot less stressful here.

Call me up when you get here Jay, if you're not too busy checking out the countryside with V.

Edwin<< Ah, to be in love and young again!

Hope you will be there, I need someone to learn me more about one-pocket!

I have started to play it a lot (compared to the time spent on 9-ball I play more one-pocket nowadays) but I feel just like an idiot not knowing what to do in many situations...
