Only 2 US players out of PI Open

Shane is signed up to play in New town North Dakota next weekend on the 15th at the four bears classic so I dont think he will be staying there to long.

Beijing is in 2 weeks following the Philipines so lots of the players are laying over for the weeks between.

I know Mika did show signed up for the Ultimate 10Ball but he said he was not risking a poor showing in 2 events and the WPA points at Beijing over being Jet Lagged from too much travel.

I would bet SVB would think the same way but he is still showing on the Ultimate 10Ball site so he might be coming back for the 2 weeks in between.

The only thing is Beijing STARTS the day after the Ultimate ends and I heard several players still listed on the Ultimate site state that they would not be able to make both and the world points were more important so SVB may not have misstated when he said he was going over for 3 weeks.....
 
I believe the qualifying rounds of Beijing start the day after the Ultimate 10-ball ends. The actual stage 2 starts Wednesday or Thursday. Jetlag is a huge issue though regardless of when the tournament starts. With how well players in Asia play already and jetlag on top of that, it makes it difficult for the rest of the world to compete!
