It took me 2 years to realize that the site domain name was supposed to mean Arizona (AZ) Billiards, instead of "A to Z" (IE Everything about) Billiards!

It took me 2 years to realize that the site domain name was supposed to mean Arizona (AZ) Billiards, instead of "A to Z" (IE Everything about) Billiards!

Only took me 2 months. Then it took 20 seconds to realize I hadn't made a faux paux by being from out of state (thanx to LS77s - Own Version of Reality)

this site is the best thing going for info and conversation. I have not been an avid poster but I do read a lot of the threads and post occasionally. I appreciate the thoughts and opinions of most of the regulars on the board (D'maker you are my hero!) and I know a few of the pro's that post occasionally. The opinions ( of some merit, not flame posts) that are expressed should not be criticized but contemplated and examined for they are the voice of our chosen sport. I appreciate everyone's participation in this forum and with that I am out.

That's flattering and I appreciate it...but really, I'm just an average looking person that's kind of a geek in many ways who is still looking for love in all the wrong places. Even when things are down and I'm getting bombarded here on the forum, I always know that my faith in the Lord will pull me through.
BTW...I don't know exactly where you live...but have you noticed all the hot young asses prancing around in the heat of summer? I can't even start to tell you what kind of thoughts go through my mind when that happens. Lordy, lordy.............peace be with you and amen.

Good point on not running off the pros.

I used to be a semi-regular over on the CCB, and I think a few self-important posters over there used to bait the pros and practically start up wrangles. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of great folks over there and I've been lucky enough to meet a few of them, and I still check that board, but not as much as I used to, mainly because there are too many testy, self-appointed experts, grammarians, techno-geeks, etc. Hopefully, people can keep it a little lighter over here, and encourage the pros to tell us how it is.
