This offer is for Charlie Williams to compete with Barry Behrman in a grudge match, on an online billliards site.

Each player is welcome to access the internet with any equipment they choose. Any mouse, any keyboard, any computer screen.

The only rule to abide by is the winner decides the rules format for the next US Open 9-ball event.

For participating in the match each player is welcome to as much online pool practice time for free, as much access to the pre-game lobby to practice with other players and the winner of the event will receive a full 640x800 post of themselves with a hilarious caption.

According to bill yard's digest, Barry is interest and so is Charlie.

The next step is determining which set of proposals will be placed on the table for next years US Open 9 ball event. CW is still writing a rules proposal out, while Barry already has his. The news is waiting for CW to finish writing it up so we can start talking about giving up wait.

The stakes are not cash items. It is about the rules format for the next Open. If Barry loses he might air barrel and try to back out of the deal. Which is why a third party needs to ensure the enforcement of the gambling outcome?

Your one of those gamblers that put money on a table and let the winner keep it. I can see from that upbringing you would have trouble understanding why a third party is needed. Its ok, thats how most gamblers started out. Even I participated in some of those children's games.

When the big boys gamble, you need people with barrels on their temples to make sure everybody follows through with what was said prior to the resolution of the gamble. People get nervous when the stakes are substantial, I help to reduce that tension.

SIMPLE VERSION: When adults gamble, they need a gambling paypal.

Breaking news report from bill yard's digest:

CW wants seeding for points list leaders. Inside spies are saying CW wants points list leaders seeded into later rounds of the planned 256 field event. In addition he wants a neutral party to oversee the "random" drawing of the player bracket formation.

CW sounds like he is swinging for the fence.

It will be interesting to hear how Barry slow plays his counter offer.

I don't think we should be discussing this publicly. But since there are people that know how to keep quiet about things I will just say, "The BCA can't save Barry every year."

Look, the ABP thing last year was about not getting paid promptly. The stuff they want to see (such as seeding, etc.) is strictly related to an event being sanctioned as an ABP points event - according to their own statements. If they attempt another boycott of the US Open over the seeding issue I think they will find even less support than they did last year. So of course, it wouldn't surprise me.

Thats why I am posting this open offer, to prevent any last minute heartbreaks or cancellations.

That type of last minute drama just isn't worth it. Let's get these issues resolved early. Last year Barry showed some compliance, but he might think its his turn to be the "Drama Queen." Especially after what happen last year.
