You Basicly Stole This Cue.... Either Keep It, Or Send It Back. The Maker Did A Favor For A Friend On Pricing, The Friend Passed It On To You. If You Don't Like The Cue Than Just Send It Back. Why Bring This Here.

I Understand That You Aren't Satisfied Because The Cue Isn't "perfect", But You Also Need To Remember That It Was Made By Hand, And That Many Things Made By Hand Aren't Perfect.

I'm Sure The Cuemaker Isn't Happy That The Cue Was Sold As Cheap As It Was To Begin With, So To Be Asked To "fix" It For Free Had To Be Irritating To Him.

If I Was In Your Shoes, And If The Imperfection Bothered Me, I Would Just Send It Back. Don't Drag This Out. Either Keep It And Enjoy It, Or Send It Back, And Forget About It.

Hey Marcus what happen to your CAPS ON thing? lol

I KNEW SOMEBODY WOULD CATCH THIS..... THAT WAS THE FIRST POST I HAVE MADE FROM MY CELL PHONE, AND EVEN THOUGH I TYPED IT ALL IN CAPS, IT TRANSFERED HERE WITHOUT IT....

IT MADE ME MAD:mad:

This is a nice looking cue, too bad it was shipped with such an obvious defect, and the 250.00 charge to fix it must mean that the repairs will take more time than he wanted to spend in the first place. Most cuemakers that are concerned about their reputation would have never shipped this cue

Adam<=====likes the cue, wart and all. He also knows the circumstances and schedule applicable to how the cue was completed and understands how it left the shop "less than perfect". ...
Feel free to PM me and I'll be happy to provide my tel# if you want to discuss.

Ribdoner, are you saying you know why the cue left the shop in this condition? If I was the cuemaker, and mistakenly let it out of the shop, I think I would want it back. More to the story?

Troy,

Again this has nothing to do with the seller, but unfortunately he is stuck in the middle.....I want to have the cue repaired.....the builder is willing to do it, but he wants 250.00 to repair a fresh piece.... I emailed the builder about building an exact duplicate of the cue...he wants a substantial amount more $$$ when all is said and done it would run 625.00 out of my pocket above what I paid for the cue....the funny thing is I have 1 option as a customer, and I'm the person trying to be flexible...I brought this here for some opinions, obviously I'm not here to drag any names through the mud.....

Dale
I have not read every post to the end so if this post was addressed already I apologize. If the builder is wanting more to build an exact copy than what you paid. My guess is he is discounting the cue for the flaws. I would say live with the flaws for the discounted price or send the cue back to the seller and he can sell the cue knowing it has the misaligned inlays and let the next buyer know he is getting a deal because of that.
