I'm considering a P-3 Revo cue and would like to hear from owners if you have any regrets or are you really loving it. Mitch

I will do a more in-depth review later, but I have had the P3 Revo for about 2 months and am loving it!

I don't own one but played a couple racks with one at the BCA tournament. I loved it. I just wish they would make and sell the shaft separate so I can put one on my southwest.

It really felt great but I'd have to get used to the low deflection. Something I've struggled with so far.

Did it feel better than your SW shafts??

If so, that's high praise indeed.

If not, why would you want to switch to a new shaft - even one hitting equally as good - and have to adjust to LD when you already play at a high level with a non-LD shaft?

P3 Revo is a limited edition cue, only 500 available worldwide. So you better get yours before it sold out!

I like the idea of a carbon fiber shaft with good playability mostly so I don't have to deal with dings. Might not be a big deal to most but they drive me crazy. I also like the look of it, I know many don't.

Getting used to the low deflection will be an issue but I'm sure I can do it if I put my mind to it. I want to use my SW butt because I like the way it looks and feels in my hand mainly, otherwise I'd use another butt.

I can't say if it played as good or better but it played great in my opinion. It had very good feedback and feel... very subjective I know but I'm pretty sure you couldn't tell the difference between it and a wood shaft if a test could be devised to allow you to shoot them back to back against each other without knowing which was wood and which was cf.
