Oh well, guess his feedback went a little haywire, so it's off to another user ID.....how many does that make now, 3, 4, ???

I'm the person known as fasterthanaspeedingticket on ebay. After clicking on my feedback count you will see that Mr. Painters' comments were removed completely. At the bottom of the first page you will see a couple of replys where his comments were at one time between them. He then became a member calling himself "ighitysplit".

He got kicked off for fraudulently becoming a member.
Now he is starting over again on ebay as
howdhehitit
Personally I'm done with this punk. I got him kicked off ebay once, now whoever else he's screwed (or tried to) can simply contact ebay with this thread, and he will get kicked off again. My purpose in getting him kicked off was to force ebay to delete his comments in my feedback section.
As for the other bad cue seller I dealt with, I will have to get a small claims court action to remove those comments even though I won the paypal claim for mis-representation by this seller.
For those that are posting wonderful things about Mr. Painter in the for sale/wanted section, consider yourselves fortunate that you were not snakebit. Some of us went through an exceptional amount of headache to get this person to come clean:

Aaron Painter, you tried to con the wrong man with your NSF check scam to pick up that Rauenzahn. You are now experiencing the consequences of your actions.
Sean, This is why I'm called fasterthanaspeedingticket:
