Thanks a TON Dave, you just removed any chance I had to get my refund by cutting off my main source of communication with Aaron...
Not sure what baning him will justify other then making sure I never see my money as I already stated..
Here was one of the last communications I had with Aaron, things where starting to look better. However now that he is banned I'm sure its a different story altogether now..

The very last communication I had with him was the day Dave posted his ultimatum thread. I sent a PM to Aaron saying I didn't agree with Dave's post and that it should have been handled privately with him and him alone. There was no reason for the community to be involved in this so called "deadline" other then Dave trying to show authoritative.
I'm sure I will get banned for posting this, as Dave is looking for any reason to do away with me, but it has gotten extremely out of hand.
If I'm "gone" then all I can say is, was nice being here and was fun and informative while it lasted.

SA, we've talked about this situation privately, but a response to your recent post needs to be public:
Mr W is not the bad guy here. He did the right thing. Mr. W is protecting the the AZ Community as a whole. Unless you want other people to go thru what you have, Painter needs to be banned. Mr W did the right thing, and I certainly don't always agree with him.
Beleiving Aaron's last communication to you is like the poor IPT members believing KT's last announcement. Do you really think after 6-weeks that Aaron was going to send you the refund? Do you really think taking the AZ Forums out of the picture is going to influence his sending you money? You have Aarons phone number and email, so use it.
I do not believe that you are ever getting your moeny, but don't blame Mr W for that. Aaron is the bad guy, not the guy who tried to help bring closure to this fiasco.
NOW you can move on. Aaron has showed his true colors to everyone. Isn't that's worth more than a refund??

You said you were going to e-mail me a copy of the Postal Money Order TRACKING NUMBER to PROVE you sent it. The mail works o.k. Aaron, and so does e-mail for most folks, but why does it not work for Aaron ???

Sore, Dave is not at fault. By my count Painpool has done at least 5 deals on the forum in the last month. He has collected probably 4 times what he owes you through forum business to. Yet he has still not fulfilled his promise to you and Dave. He had to go. This is not the first time he has flaked or disappeared on a forum member.

There is a contengency that sore is not aware of.
I have stopped attempts at communication with sore because he is abussive in private.
Once ( if ) Aaron refunds the monies, he will be reinstated.
Here's the other side of the coin though.
I have made it clear to sore that his abuse will see him removed from the board once ( if ) the refund is received.
Aaron has said he will send me proof of receipt and a copy of the money order or whatever he sends.
These were matters that were being kept private, but sore wants them here, so here it is.
