So this basically means Aaron has the "power" to ban Sore?

Regardless of deadline you set, Aaron can choose to refund Sore anytime he likes? And that action will filter down to Sore being banned from the board? If so, it seems Aaron holds the all the cards.

If that is the trade off we get, it is time for Sore to take one for the team and refuse the refund.;)

I have the impression that it is $150. I could be wrong. Painpool has taken in probably 4 times that much in just the last few weeks from work he has done for forum members. Why he hasn't paid as he promised is hard to figure. It will cost him way more in the end.

BTW Wilson, do whatever you think is right.... Like I used to tell Jeff, its a thankless job and you can never be right. IMHO.

Mr. W, I don't feel that Sore should be banned based on the fallout from this situation that I've seen here on the boards. At this point I don't think it's about the $150. Sore, like I said before, don't even expect it...treat it as a cheap lesson in (cue) life. If you need some good referrals for future cue work, let me know. Would be glad to help you out.

I chose not to share my portion of the discussion, but it is enough that I no longer welcome him here.

Once ( if ) the score is settled between he and pain, my obligation to allow him to stay is done.

That doesn't make sense. You stepped into the middle, and are upset because splatter gets on you? I'd be mad enough at the whole situation to be a pain in the butt myself.

Your in control here, so you can do what you want. Its always a thankless job no matter what the choice after all.

I'd be interested in this proof of me being "abusive" myself.

Fact is, Dave threatened to ban me minutes after I left him negative feedback for his ultimatum thread.
The most "abusive" thing I have said to you was to mind you own business, which I still feel you need to practice.

Where are these secret, private, abusive comments I have sent you? Lets see them.
I have every piece of communication between the two of us, most of which I have forwarded onto other forum members showing your harassing comments towards me.

Ive also sent most of them to Mike (AzHousePro), but I guess they must have got lost in the shuffle... His only advice to me was to put you on my ignore list, which isn't possible because of your Moderator status.



Yes, lets let Aaron make good so he can return to burn more unknowing members, while banning me for getting screwed. Makes sense.:rolleyes:

I honestly think that no-one should get banned. AZ i the biggest pool forum in the world and to me if your going to have a moderated board of this size then i think you need a lot more than one mod. Thats just a observation on my part, its not meant as a dig at anyone.


This whole situation is a mess and i feel sorry for all parties involved.

Without trying to be funny or take sides, when you posted this on the forum he moderates you made it his business.

As a moderator he proably needed to step in to try and put an end to it because it was dragging down the mood of the forum.

Sounds to me that Sore has played within the boundary of the rules, but Wilson butted in by making his private communications with both Aaron and Sore VERY public. Can you not handle your own problems Wilson without flexing some mod muscle?

I am siding with Hal on this one...it was a problem with A and B, and Wilson needed to C his way out of it.
