I understand what your saying. However, Thats not completely the deal. You see, Sore went here, before he even got his cue. Not because of a refund. If you go back to the original nonsense postings and thread. You will find many days ago I offered him a refund. He never even responded. Why?? Because he does not even want this to go away. Thats the truth! He ignored any resolve suggestions from me completely. Thats until I apoligized and he had sh@# all over me and finally got sick of it, himself. Then he jumps in on a customers thread and runs his mouth again.
Sore, call me or PM me if you want to know about your money!!!!! Customer service???? Are you serious. I'll just say this. If you don't think that blowing off dinner with my 3 year old boy, 8 year old daughter and my wife to run Sore's cue 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Spend $52.01 to send the cue for Sat. at his special request, spend 29.10 just to recieve it back. Were not done! , spend all weekend to make sure it leaves monday, spend more money to send it back. Well,,, Then I'm not your guy. Sore lost the customer status when he did what he did to me. I have always went the extra mile for my customers and you would be no different. But when you attack my family and for my ability to support them. I don't give a FU@# what you call yourself!! Thats not even close to right. So in the end.
