I have really got it down at this point. It took sometime to perfect wraps everytime. Different woods react different and that was also a learning experience. Fine tuning work to a state that is truely perfrect. I will except nothing short of myself. But if I do I will make it right. Everytime!!! Thanx Aaron 815-243-1101:D :D :D :D

Plain and simple Aaron. My problem is not with your work. I have not seen it. Although, I was planning on having you do a wrap for me. My problem is with your customer service. :rolleyes: If Sore had his money back we would not be here now. It's only $150 not like we are talking big money. Is it really worth dragging it on?:confused:

the fact that if Aaron is so conscienitous about his work, why in the world would he even consider having his wife 'fiorge' a cuemaker's signature, and then post the information on the net himself. That bother's me a lot.

Thanks for the photo's, Nick. Being and unbiased observer, who does have a few cues and who does have the occasional re-finish work done, it is nice to see the positive side of this gentlemans work and customer comments. I'm sure there are many more positives than negative. Based on everything that I've seen on various 'other threads', I would certainly give painpool the opportunity to work on any one of my cues, should the demand occur.

I understand what your saying. However, Thats not completely the deal. You see, Sore went here, before he even got his cue. Not because of a refund. If you go back to the original nonsense postings and thread. You will find many days ago I offered him a refund. He never even responded. Why?? Because he does not even want this to go away. Thats the truth! He ignored any resolve suggestions from me completely. Thats until I apoligized and he had sh@# all over me and finally got sick of it, himself. Then he jumps in on a customers thread and runs his mouth again. Sore, call me or PM me if you want to know about your money!!!!! Customer service???? I'll just say this. Blowing off dinner with my 3 year old boy, 8 year old daughter and my wife to run Sore's cue 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Spend $52.01 to send the cue for Sat. at his special request, spend 29.10 just to recieve it back. Were not done! , spend all weekend to make sure it leaves monday, spend more money to send it back. Well,,, Then I'm not your guy. Sore lost the customer status when he went on they attack. I have always went the extra mile for my customers and you would be no different. But when someone attacks my family and the ability to support them. I don't give a FU@# what they call themselves!! Thats not even close to right. So in the end. Send your cue and you will be happy just like the other 99% of my real customers. Which by the way, Have never treated me this way. Thanx Aaron 815-243-1101:D

this is what the internet is all about. sales is always about customer service and this forum may be one of the most important BECAUSE of the scrutiny. in fact, dare i say that better info gets disseminated here and at the other info forums than at that rather insipid main forum.

personally, i think this is a learning process for mike as well because many of the problems can get taken care of with better organization.

Aaron I would apreciate if you edit your post.;) Your use of the You pronoun when you speak of alledged attacks is very confusing. I would really not want anyone to misconstrue and think you are refering to me. Thank you!:) In fact you should probably just leave what I left.
