hello i am new to the forum i have a palmer pb9 cue i love shots just as good as the high end cues i have shot with in the past i know its a production cue but you rarely find any on ebay if so they want $900 what is fair market value on a mint pb9 just wondering for insurance purpose i also have some retired mcdermoot cues any information would be grealty appreciated thanks

I don't know what the Palmer model PB9 is, but if it is not an older Palmer it is not worth much. The old Palmers have, in great condition, appreciated nicely, as collectable cues. Tate is a Palmer collector and can tell you exactly what your cue is worth. Pictures of the cue here would help.

The PB9 is a nice cue, a box cue. It's in the old catalogs. It isn't in the first three catalogs so it is less collectible than the older Palmers but it should be appreciating I would think.
