I was walking from the pool room to my hotel late at nite and I was very hungry.There were few choices and I notice some action across the street. I have had bad luck with street venders in the past and paid a terrible price. I crossed the street and they they were very busy, and cars would stop and it was hopping.
This time I was luck because everything was excellent and taste very good. I would just point to what I wanted and I went back several times.
I find out later that these people are famous in all of central and south america. The food has a specific name and a taste of its own found no where else in the world.
