I have seen this cue in person and can vouch for it and Loop. The cue is amazingly crafted. It is an earlier model and a true work of art. Loop is a very trustworthy man, have no fear in dealing with him. Parrots are the custom cue to have in the VA area, don't let this pass you by. I just got a Kornele , or would be hard pressed to pass on this. Good Luck with sale!
thanks,
jon

Nice looking Parrot! I haven't seen many of these.

I just want to mention that I recently bought a Palmer from Loop and the deal went perfectly well.

I can proudly say that the Model 7 completed my 3rd catalog collection (finally). That was a hard one to find!

Thanks, Brianna. Yes, this stick dates back to the original Parrot Cue shop owned by David Hodges and Charlie Fleming. The cue is custom. I selected the wood and basic design, they suggested the veneers and details. In fact, you will probably not see another one like this. Back then, the cue makers preferred to make the butt out of the same wood as the points. I had to insist that I really wanted the purple heart in the butt piece. Great guys to work with!

Update on shaft diameters. I was able to borrow calipers. Based on measurements just below the ferrule, one shaft is 13.02 mm, the other is 12.10 mm.

OK, thanks anyway. Since you are local, do me a favor and spread the word to your friends!
