pat diveney review please

I own 2 of Pat`s cues, and keep them in the rack by my Gold Crown.

Both hit a ton, and are very well made!

Diveney's are a great cue for a very fair price.

I have had mine for a little over a year now and haven't had a complaint with the way the cue plays, I have one of his "Lake Salvage" shafts and it is stiff but very comfortable to play with. I just bought a OB1 shaft (couldn't pass on the deal, but have not tried it out yet). I would recommend one of his cues to anyone looking for a good buy on a great cue. Plus Pat is a great guy to deal with on what ever you may be looking for.

i had a diveney hustler and i have to say its probably the most solid cue i have ever played with. i sold it to a buddy of mine who threatened to steal it if i didnt sell it to him lol. So i called Pat up and had him build me another cue which should be here this week. Pat is a great guy and his cues play incredible. you cannot beat them for the price and he is getting more popular every day. if you look at the threads his cues do not last on here for long

I concur with the positive input above, both the quality of his cues and his professionalism are top-notch.

i also have to agree with the above statements . i have owned two..butterfly hustlers with 3/8x11 pins , no ivory and pat makes a wonderful playin cue... solid cues:thumbup:

I don't know but I look forward to finding out some day. Pat is from just outside my hometown of Muscatine, IA and my dad actually works with him. I have sent a few emails to him and he seems like a really nice guy. He has the respect of my father which says a whole lot to me, so that makes him a class act in my book. He has taken cues in to show my dad before and I guess they are quite impressive.

I'm thinking maybe a Sneaky Pete or a simple Plain Jane someday would make a great player. Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet him when I'm back home visiting one of these times.

i contacted him trying to have some work done. that was about 2 weeks ago and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. if he ever does i'll write a review

I've got one of Pat's butterfly sneakies and I think it hits as well as any of my custom cues (see sig) finish is excellent and woods used are highly grained and figured. Mine is coco into curly maple. Has that nice sound when you hit with it, if you know what I mean.

Diveney

Still the same. Nice solid built cue. Great customer service. Reasonably priced. I stay away from G-10 pins though 3/8 Radial pins are my choice. JMHO.
