I do not have the cue back yet. But 4 point, 4 veneer Dayton.
2 shafts, Ivory ferrules, linen wrap, weight and shaft diameter to come.
I just want to sell it quick. Looking for 575 including insured express mail shipping in the US. Payment by USPS money order. Let me know if you are interested in a solid player.

Maple forearm?

Points in ebony, cocobola, etc.???

Veneer colors???

I know a guy that's been looking for a Dayton player...and yours sounds nice...I think!! ;) :)

Hit me back with some woods and colors, sir...and I'll pass it on. the guy is serious...and if he likes what he hears, he'll 99.99246% take it.

It's a birdseye forearm with 4 ebony points, 4 veneers. The veneer colors are black, blue, green & yellow/green. Ebony butt & black phenolic cap. SS joint with ebony collars. Rings at joint & butt are veneer slotted rings that match the point veneers. 2 shafts with ivory ferrules. Linen wrap is black/white spec.

I did some minor shaft work & Wes Hunter completed a virtually perfect refinish using a high grade UV cure finish. I would have a tough time believing the cue to be any better brand new than it is right now. Wes did a fantastic job!!!! I'm getting ready to ship it back to Pauly so the cue is complete & available. If Pauly wishes, I could ship it to the buyer directly from my shop. To clear up any confusion, Wes Hunter & myself are in the same town, and great friends. We basically worked on the cue together, just separate tasks. It's a beautiful example of Dayton's work.

Thanks Eric not only for the work but the information...

Thanks Eric not only for the work but the information but the idea for the sale of the cue. I have had an overwhelming number of PMs and interest in the cue...here is the list of people who have shown serious interest so far

1pRoscoe
8-ball Rat
johnf_34
Kevin Lindstrom
shamadam

If anyone would like to be added to the list, serious buyers only. I will take names for the next 24 hours (do not send a PM but post to the thread) and will then randomly select the person and that will be the person who will get to buy the cue. It has happened where I could not get to the computer and missed a sweet deal, so I want to try to make it as fair as possible.

So is this a 1 ticket raffle? Is everyone paying the full asking price?

Yes, I HATE RAFFLES

I hate to see people lose money to those raffles.

You got it, no one "loses" this one...just buys the cue for a great deal.

Way different than some of the raffles I have seen where the seller is making out with hundreds more than the cue is worth. I am selling it for way below cost...cue retails for about 800.

Thanks for keeping in the running, but I'd only be interested if the cue
has a 5/16-14 piloted joint. Thanks again, Dom.

Take me (my buddy) off the list, Pauly. He wasn't a fan of the veneer colors.

Personally...I think the cue sounds nice. Real nice. But John doesn't like green.  Some people.....

Thanks much, though...and best of luck to those in "the running."

5/16-14 piloted steel joint. Butt weighs 14.7oz, shafts weigh 4.0 & 4.1oz. I'll get pics when I can. The green isn't bold, just an accent.

shamadam off the list

2cool2 added to the list.

Ill cut off the names by midnight California time and pick the name and contact the winner soon thereafter (likely in the AM sometime)
So just post to the thread if you want the cue.

Pauly

Joint

Joint is piloted stainless steel.
I will post pictures of the cue later tonight that I took before the refinish.
