Not only that, I don't think this will look too good on you if you ever go to court. Just looking out for you guy. I love all pool players and I think what has happened is a shame but don't get out of hand it just makes it easier for them to win. It will be easier for them to portray us pool players as hostile and violent. Keep a cool head and do go through it the legal way. Might take a long while but in the end it might be worth it.

I disagree. If the players could get someone in a position to "aggressively negotiate" with KT, it would expedite payment much much much quicker than going through the courts.

I think Kevin HAS the 3 million to pay off Reno, he just thinks he is dealing with the same kind of people he has been bilking with his Natural Cures, and that he can get away with not paying it.

The pool players need to use some of their underworld connections to show him he is wrong.

With all this bullshit going around they now have to realize that th ewaiting game is over and us poolplayers are not the biggest angels in the world. With that being said if I do not get my money by next week full action lawsuits are going into order.

That's exactly what you have to do. Did you guys sign any contracts or anything that outlines when you're suppose to get paid during or after a tournament? Even better, Linda (Rackmsucker) just posted a video of one of the IPT meetings where Trudeau is telling the players when you're to get paid.

All of the players are very upset about the delays in payments from Reno. I am not sure where threatening physical harm will make the money appear though?

Works for the mob, is all I can say. They don't seem to have any problems collecting what's owed to them. And a lot of pool players know criminal types. Tell me there aren't some experienced types that wouldn't personally track down Kevin and "ask him REALLY nice to pay", in return for a 10% cut.

Kevin might think personal security might matter, but it doesn't. To paraphrase a former mafia informant, "If someone wants to off you, they will. It's just a matter of time if you keep hanging around."

Note: The players are gonna do what they're gonna do. I have no say in it, and won't even have the chance to be a part in it, unfortunately. Just saying that Kevin thinks he can get away with all this, because he thinks that it will all be handled in court.

But he's not dealing with 65 year old women with arthritis, this time. He's dealing with people who know how to get things done if they need to. With the amounts of money owed, I'd be surprised if some criminal element is not contacted to facilitate payment. With a guy like KT, payment might take years. And when the judgement gets passed down commanding payment, you find out he just bought citizenship in Belize for $50,000. So, if he doesn't want to pay, he won't pay. And it shoooore don't look like he wants to pay.
