Well I picked this cue up as a player, a guy walked in the pool room with it so I asked for a test hit, and wow. I had to have the cue. Sure it's only a 200$ low end pechauer, but that doesn't matter. I've played with their higher end cues and this thing just plays phenomenal in my opinion. Straight stained black maple, no wrap, and the shaft is taken down to 12.5mm with the stock Emerald tip, (which I think are under-rated) I've put them on almost all my cues for one the price, and two I just love the way they shape and play overall. This thin hits great, I got it wayyyyy below retail so I'm holding on to this one. At least until the next cue catches my eye
