I have video of Pedro Piedrabuena playing 40 point games at the recent Champion of Champions, which I'm sure most of you are aware that he won that event.

My intent, with no disrespect to his opponents, is to create a highlight reel, if you will, showing only the 40 points he made in each game. Doing this takes an incredible amount of time to edit and would like to know if there is interest in this sort of concept.

I now have a sample, one inning only, on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7K0feMIFTM Choose the resolution setting (lower right portion of video) that is best for your system, up to 720HD. Although the video is good quality it was in fact NOT recorded in HD. For reasons too lengthy to explain, I had to render and upload it as 720HD.

Before I continue with this project I would like to hear comments on what I have done in this clip and how to improve the concept.

Maybe we can both get some comments on how best to edit something like this to please as many viewers as possible.

I'm questioning, among other things, my own decision of how much time to allow between shots, for the viewer to study the layout of the table before the next shot is made. Is there an ideal amount of time and what would it be? What text info would viewers like to see on the screen?

I could do a voice over commentary but trust me, no one wants to here me comment on 3C. :embarrassed2:
 
I'm all for anything promoting 3c. I think this is a good idea. If you don't want to do the voice over yourself, you may want to call the usual suspects.

My suggestion would be Mike Shamos or Bob Byrne.
 
The sampler looks pretty good, I think. I like the timing and the banners were a nice touch. Especially the scoring. Great job, so far.
 
As usual, I agree with Jamie. Nice job Steve. We would love to put that up on the USBA website. Can anyone be of help procuring a voice over?
