Perry Weston sneaky ?

I recently purchased this old conversion cue with a flared butt, hoping it was an Omega DPK, Sailor or a Perry Weston. Leave out Omega and Sailor as the cue maker. Very strong possibility it is an old Perry Weston, looking close at the butt flare on some of his very expensive cues on sale and it compares well. Mr Weston has passed away, so I cannot verify with him. Many cue makers did not sign the older conversions. The cue weighs 18.9 ounces, the shaft is straight with the slightest taper roll, the joint is 3/8X10 phenolic flat face. If it is a Perry Weston the cue could be worth $600 to $700 or more. I am selling the cue for SOLD shipped. The cue has no dings or dents but needs a refinish.

trying to double up right in front of the original seller, man that's cold. But I agree it's "none of the above" on the makers...send it off to ebay as an unknown, folks seem to like those

It could have been changed by a previous owner. Seems as though the only authority on Perry Weston would be Cornerstone Cues, who bought out Westons shop when he past away. I will send him pictures and we'll all know.

Thanks ,the cue hits like a rocket. If I would keep it, I would leave it just like this.
