I can't quite place the face and the name, but I suppose if you are there on Tuesday, I will see you. It seems you have been taken in by Ted Harris, also. It is more than unlikely he will ever ship anything, and I will tell you why. It would be one thing, if AFTER accepting my deposit, he said " your cue is running late." ; however in this case the scenario goes as follows: " Your cue is ready, the way I work is you send me a check, and when I get it I ship." That was July. Are you suggesting that he produces one cue every 8 months?? No, in fact he lied when he said it was ready. Not only did he not ship, he did the unthinkable, not even a follow up call ( UNSOLICITED AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ) . After taking my money, he was non-responsive, that is unacceptable, and to say the least unethical. He never returned any of my calls and also avoided Danny Green's calls.
With respect to burdens to bear we all have our own crosses. Enough said there.
I believe he is morally bankrupt. He cheated me, bad enough ; but to place the credibility of his long time friend ( Danny Green ) into question, this demonstrates a pathology of screw everyone.
I own a furniture business. Imagine you come into my store drop a deposit of say a couple of grand, and I tell you it takes 8 weeks. In 8 weeks I call you , tell you your sofa is in and tell you in order to get delivery you have to pay the balance off.
And here is the best part , I pull a no show no call the day of delivery. I then do not return your many phone calls. ?????????????????
You would be kicking back your credit card or storming into my store, and calling your attorney. And of course the first thing yoiu would do is warn your friends. I do not need a reply I have been in business for 27 years and already know what you would do. Been there done that.
Moreover,without even trying , on my first post another victim of Ted Harris' piped up stating the same. In addition there is a gentlemen at orange bowl, that has had the same treatment as I have had. Imagine how much illegitimate money he must have, without delivery.
I must say you have been conned , also. I will continue to post until I get delivery of my cues, in good condition, or my money back, which is preferable at this point. I trust it is costing him business, as indeed it should. His behavior to me and to his friends is reprehensible.
