I could spend hours pontificating on why I think Paul is one of the best cuemakers in the business. Most of which has already been covered in this thread but if you do a search in the gallery section you'll see a bunch of photos I have taken of his work. I have owned many of his cues and they are top notch in terms of playability.
I have been to Paul's on many, many occasions and as Kot mentioned, Paul has a very nice shop with a lot of very highend equipment which is one of the reasons why he turns over repairs and new orders in a timely mannor.
