pfd cues

I chose Paul to make the cue I designed; it's one of the true highlights of my 60 years around pool. I frankly doubt there's anybody better. GF

Holy crap you can't find a better referral than this. This is pretty much the equivalent of asking Freddy Roach which boxing gloves he prefers.

And if George Fels and Will Prout weren't enough.

Very recently I was extremely lucky to get my hands on a r-a-r-e cue and it came with one shaft. I wanted another shaft made and so after a phone call I jumped into my car and off I went to Paul's shop.

I left that same day (2 1/2 hours actually) with the new shaft in hand featuring *perfectly* matching ringwork.

Besides being a top dog cuemaker, Paul is a great guy.

And yes, while there, like the kid in the candy store, I ordered a new cue. :)

Wait til you see this one guys...

My name is Chicken and I am a cue addict. :embarrassed2:

Hi Chicken.

oy vey.

best,
brian kc

I'm giving the chances of this guy actually getting a cue about a 10% chance at this point. No-one that is looking for this much hand holding is actually going to go though anything on their own.

Just out of curiosity, what's it to you? I did the same thing before going to Paul for a cue. A good idea if you plan on spending a few k.

Nothing really, but once you get several sets of good info, what's with the digging for more? This type of poster is all over the place, I am a moderator on a tech board where bumping is not allowed, we delete any posts that get information and then keep bumping up threads for some reason after they already got plenty of good advice.

Is this video card good for me? Yep, will run fine, Yes will be good for this game, Yes is a good model. .... Anyone else? Yes, go buy it. OK so just to make sure, it's OK to get? YES. OK, but will it run good?

Yeah I see your point, but he's stil getting new info so more power to him. Also better than some of the threads on here.

I've owned 2 PFD cues and have 2 more ordered. Every one I have played with has a hit that is to my liking. Paul also has impeccable taste in materials. His woods are top grade. His shop is well organized and busy. Many top players own or have owned and played very well with Drexler cues. Jim Rempe, Santos Sambajon, Larry Lisciotti are among those who I know played with PFD product. He doesn't brag, but Paul's work measures up to the very best. Buy with confidence.

As far as innovations you will only get if you buy a PFD cue, ask about the MAX RADIAL pin. It makes for the tightest bond of shaft to butt I've seen. Also, try to experience ULTRA LEATHER, a wrap material that has a unique feel, really indescribable, but softer than the finest glove leather with the slightest give when you grip the cue. It is cool to the touch and wears very well. I wouldn't miss the opportunity to have it one my PFD cue. I've never seen either of these products anywhere else. Ask Paul to tell you about them and visit the shop if you can; it is an education and a pleasure to select the wood for your cue project. He is great to deal with.

He is getting a PFD, but not from Paul ;)

With your last bump I'm now going to agree with hang-the-9.

Yes, it's always good to read the posts before bumping LOL.

Post up a pic of your new cue in the gallery forums when you get it! Enjoy the cue, I'm sure it will be great.
