Is there a thickness that the leather tip has to be.
Can a very thin layer of leather be pulled across the phenolic tip and glued?
Once it drys the excess trimmed away.
So this way leather touches the cueball at impact but you still get the same basic hit as phenolic.
I'd love to test this new design and see if it would chip a cueball...but my old phenolic tip break cue still hasn't chipped one yet.
Maybe its me...anyone know how to get in touch with Chuck Norris I bet he could chip one.
