...and I get all da rolls
Silver Member
It's called the multirack. A Japanese product.
thanks for pointing. What is it made of? Seems like plastic. Even paper wouldn't be good, but plastic? OMG! The balls rest on it instead of cloth of the table! It changes the game totally if you ask me. It's just the same if you lay another piece of cloth in the racking area, or replace it with glass - the condotions change. Bottomline, I don't like the idea at all. Slightly tapping the balls with a template like they do it on Eurotour is way better. At least the balls contact the cloth instead of something in between

oh yeah and that rack is a joke. Why cant people just leave the rack alone already. it seems like every
tournament has some new gadget that rack for you or makes rackin easier. What ever happend to a good ole fashoined wood rack?

some screenshots so that everyone gets a clue of WTF they are using

I this game, the paper rack actually was deciding for the outcome. After a safety battle, the taiwanese guy made the one ball, the white came one rail and slightly nudged the three ball.

But because of the paper template / rack / whatever - the three ball fell back into its hole and was no longer makeable in the corner:eek:

The player then made the two ball and caromed the 10ball instead..

Using these templates will only encourage the soft break - players will figure out which speed they need to use to make the ball behind the one-ball fall into the center pocket.

10 ball with the current rules are fine, its unpredictable. When you have referees, they should rack with the triangle - you should be able to check the rack once and then you have to break.

If you dont have referees, it should be rack your own, and perhaps a pre-determined position for the 2 and the 3. No soft breaks allowed, TD's discretion to decide what is soft break.

Will work like a charm:grin:
