After the two major storms there is an eruption on in the Philippines. I hope there is minimal damage.

Wow, and they're watching Mt. Pinatubo as well (which blew its top not too long ago, and is ready to do so again!)

I remember the last time Mt. Pinatubo erupted. There was so much ash that it looked like a winter storm. Everything was covered in this grit and it just kept coming down.

Two really great members here, Anito Kid and Blowfish, have been in my thoughts since I read about the volcano. There is never a good time for an eruption, but their country just suffered those horrific floods. I really hope all the wonderful Filipino people will be spared futher destruction and heartbreak. Let's remember them in our prayers.
