Is there any info listed online yet about upcoming matches?
I have the links to the various tables on WNTtv.com, and they say that the livestream starts at 1 p.m., but am I missing something obvious?
Where is the event on WNTtv.com?

This is one of the satellite events. Probably next to nothing on Matchroom sites other than the one link to the Table 1 stream.

The bracket: https://digitalpool.com/tournaments/2026-phoenix-open/viewer

The Table 1 stream coming up at 1:00 est: https://www.youtube.com/@RailbirdsTV/streams

Brackets look like there is a second table streamed. Don't see any links as yet.

If not on the above, maybe one of these:

Presumably Fedor will stream his tables if they allow it: https://www.youtube.com/@FedorGorstPro/streams

Phoenix Open - Metro Sportz Bar & Billiards, Phoenix Arizona

128-player field

Prize money: $71,200

1st Place: $20,000 (20,000 Mosconi/Reyes/WPM points)
2nd Place: ???
Semifinalists: ???
Quarterfinalists: ???

Communications, or lack thereof, is one of Matchroom's biggest faults. I can't find the prize-fund breakdown. A draw is only available on Digital Pool. There is no information on the MR-WNT site. It's almost like the event doesn't exist. Matchroom does nothing to promote it, other than the initial press release.

Stacked field for such a meager payout. Players fighting for Mosconi/Reyes/WPM points and tuning up ahead of the US Open. Almost all the big names from Arizona and Florida are playing, including ... Eklent Kaci.

Notable omission: Sky Woodward. He's given up chasing Mosconi points. US Open his only chance.

The second table matches are being recorded but not streamed.

The streaming makes no sense whatsoever. If you happen to stumble upon it via this forum is the only way you are going to find it. 1 table via wnttv.com, the same single table via railbirds youtube channel, some random tables from Evo Sports on the Metro Sportz Bar youtube channel, and probably more tables being recorded by railbirds that they might release in a few months (completely pointless). What a freaking mess man.

Actually it's fairly easy to find. Go to the digital pool site, check live scores, and you'll see a few other tables that have "watch live" listed.

With all of the discussion about the paltry money in pool and how difficult it is to financially justify committing to being a pro pool player, one no brainer is that they should be rigging the first round matchups in favor of the touring professionals.

Why is Eklent Kaci playing Marvin Asis in the 1st round and then we've got Sam Gupta (596) playing Mark Muir (524). Sam or Mark is guaranteed to make it further in this event than one of these 4 guys

Sorry if Mark or Sam is on these boards, but if Sam wants to play a 524 fargo some 9-ball he can do it in the Tuesday night handicapped tournament at his local pool room
