Masked Marvel?

Who is that shooting with the high tech mask on? Is this some modern day masked marvel?

I'm guessing the masked man is Jimmy Reid - saw in another thread that he's playing and wearing a mask. If so, both my prayers and applause go out to him. Glad to see that he's playing.

Why would Jimmy Reid be wearing a mask? Could explain please. Thanks
 
Jimmy has been fighting cancer for the past few years. I would imagine he's gone thru something like chemo, which has affected his immune system.

It's good to see him back!!

Here is the shot, shoot the cue ball into the rail with the cue jacked up, immediately collapse your body down to the table to allow the cue ball flying over your back to pocket both balls at the other end.

He claims that he has got hit in the face 4 time shooting this. Perhaps Eric Yow can explain it better when he gets home tonight :)
