See you added more photos this morning. I saw on Caromtv you were playing Bill Johnson did you get around playing Dieckman? As alway Wei Thank for sharing tose photo hope more will be added.

Looks like a real nice event.

I see Ray from Northern Cal was there again. I think he might be on every single video ever filmed at a Sang Lee tournement...lucky bastard.
 
Great photos, good job. I missed alot. I'm definitely staying Friday-Sunday next year, didn't know it was that laid back, with all the players just hanging around all day.
Anyone know what caromtv matches were recorded? Did Raiford end up doing some commentary?
 
Raiford did commentary during the finals. I'm not sure which matches were recorded.

Thanks for the kind words, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. This event really is a rare opportunity to experience the true billiard spirits. It really echos Sang's personality when he's back here with us.

About Dennis, as you know there has been many extreme things going on in our friend's life- both very good and very bad... I had a great time playing him a few short games with my/his new mountain cue it really feels great! Bill Johnson actually worked on it as well. I will not wait one second to recommend him to anybody looking for a solid hitting billiard cue.


eze123, Robert did a lot of commentaries this past week. He is definitely insightful and interesting to listen to ( when his stomach is okay I guess :rolleyes: ) You should keep your eyes out for the upcoming CaromTV videos. There hasn't been anything better when it comes to learning the game.

Raifford's commentary in 3C matches for Carom Tv is world class.

Thanks for the kind words, guys! I'm glad you've found the commentaries to be helpful. I've certainly enjoyed helping Jan Carl producing them!

This year the theme seemed to be "adjusting to shorter tables". For some players it was no problem, but others just couldn't seem to find their bearings and alter their decision making to fit the conditions. The CaromTV match table seemed to change significantly between games, so you'll get to see a nice variety of conditions in this year's recorded matches.
