Aint that the truth?!

And as you sigh and wince and tough it out, you say, "...it can always get worse..." . And it does get worse.

Wait. You forgot to type 'pain' after searing, right?

You are NOT talking about using a Searing to help you up, are you?

You've gone too far with that, if so. We WILL come take that cue away in the name of all custom cues.

Black-Balled, please stop. I haven't formed a closed bridge in over ten years because of arthritis. Stop reminding me.

Wear good shoes amd you will be fine. Playing in Olukai’s all of the time makes everything hurt.

Yeah the searing pain, since we were talking about ruptured discs I didn't think that part was necessary lol 😂

I'm better at staying in shape than I am at pool. I've been jogging outside 7 days a week/52 weeks a year with rare exception for 39 years. I lift 4 days a week. Used to go to a gym. Covid caused me to buy a bench and some dumbbells and lift in my basement right next to the pool table.

Pool gets me off my butt for an hour or so a day. I used to play 3 to 4 hours a day but have cut back to about an hour.

Before COVID I was trained to run NYC marathon 2021 for the anniversary. That didnt happen.

Now I am developing muscles I neglected from previous training programs.

It just means now I do Yoga and try to improve range of motion and flexibility.

I switched to light weights.

Over the years I developed poor balance and muscle imbalances.
