8-point Judd owned by Alex of Stix that Efren played with for some two years.
Pic was taken in 2005. Efren sold the cue to an Arabian collector in Dubai, I believe.
Efren played with Alex's JT1 before that. The same one he alternately used with the old Jessie cue when he won the World-9 Ball.
Efren has played with a titleist conversion Diveney too.
He was also a Mezz endorser for a year or so.

Didn't he have more than one Jessie? The one I picked up off the table (and handed back) after the 1994 U.S. Open had an extended front,short butt sleeve and a short wrap section,along with what looked like a SS butt cap. It also looked like he used a brown Magic Marker on it at some point,and large (wide) ringwork around the wrap.

Look on Youtube for any mid 90's Efren match. Tommy D.

He used what looked like a wrapless Titlist conversion at the US Open one pocket this year. Not sure if it was Diveney.
