picture file size????

New to AZ...wanted to post some pics of my cue collection in the gallery, but the file size is too big. Can someone help reduce? Thanks

I copied this from a post made by Chrisonline this is by far the best way that i know of to resize pictures . Its fast easy and free !!!

have a windows program that works awesome.. affectivley you right click on the pic and select resize and then what size you want it to be and it does it for you.. works great with lots of pics too..
