It appears bocote is a popular choice for sneaky petes.

Here are three more.

Wow! That top one is the bomb! Nice and dark bocote, like I like it. :D

Dick, I do not know why, but bocote just seems to play very, very well as a full splice, especially when paired with a nice dense BEM. Beuaty cues you have there.....maybe someday. :)

Mac Attac and Thoroughbred

Top cue, the Mac Attac is Zircote and for sale, the Hoppe style is sold. The Ebony Thoroughbred is NFS and features Ivory wherever there is white and Sterling Silver bracelet and an Elephant Ear wrap.

The key word is 'sneaky', why Pete I don't know.

A four pronged, ivory jointed, ultra fancy ring work cue without veneers misses the boat.

Just my opinion, I may be wrong.

I've posted these pics before, I'm falling more and more in love with this cue everyday.
Definitely NFS.

Don't get me wrong, I'd own the cue in a heart beat if it looks as good as real life as I think it does. The photos don't do it justice.

Still ain't a 'sneaky pete', just a real nice cue.
