Played SWRooster last night.....

I met up with and played SWRooster last night and as most of the AZers I've met, I have to say he was a great guy and enjoyable to shoot around with. He offered to pay for time and bought me a drink and we had a good time playing some nineball.

He won the set that we played for braggin rights 7-2. I was a little rusty starting off and we both had some good play and some bad play.

If anyone gets a chance to meet up with and play SWRooster, do it, it will be a fun time I'm sure.

I used to see this in shooting big matches; folks would come out from the forums and you could hang with a whole group of people you only knew through their posts.

I bumped into Pii in Sarasota last week, only other guy in the room when I went to practice. He just looked like he knew what he was doing, and as we talked AZ came up.

Nice guy, plays good. Always nice to meet a guy who's fun to talk to and practice with in another town.

I don't get down there much, but when I do I'm making a point to practice with Bill.

I didn't lie when I said that he beat me the set for bragging rights, but after that we played two sets for twenty each and I won both, so you may want to reverse what you should get from whom.....:thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I had a great time!! Nice room, 20 GC 9 footers, two bar boxes, two 5x10 snookers, and 40 oz mugs that drink real smooth. It was good though, I had two nine balls to choose from. :shocked2: As always I kept aiming at the wrong one, I'll have to re-visit the thread from SDJ and read the one about aiming with Bud. LOL OK Jaden, next time it is a beating for sure.
