Hey Colin,

I guess we better shine up our cases, because they are going to be taking pictures of all our cues and cases and whatever they find in them. Did you see Sigel's stuff? Pretty nice. This is gonna be fun!

Hi Linda,
I've never even owned one of those bulky cases, just a shoulder strap case

But a local Chinese company Jian Ying Cues is going to provide me with a nice case and cue so I can look the part. :D

Looking forward to Orlando...the players, members and supporters will be buzzing I guess

That's awesome, Colin. Are you going to have their logo embroidered on your shirts? And are you going to play with a new cue right before a major tournament????

I might put their logo on a glove. I prefer playing with a glove. I have one with Cuetec written on it now, but I don't want to give away promotion.

I may also get Shanghai Beer to sponsor me and put a logo on my shirt.

Regarding the cue, I don't think it will bother me changing over. I'm quite adaptable with US style cues as I didn't grow up playing with those cues.

I learned playing with a snooker type cue and so I'm much more sensitive in changes with those cues.

Anyway, I expect I'll get 300+ hours in with my new cue before the January event and should be au fait with it by then.

My current cue, believe it or not, cost me the equivalent of US$12. It has a nice stiff shaft, a talisman tip, but the butt looks like a dog has been chewing on it. But it performs well so I don't care. It has a pivot point at about 8-10 inches so works well with backhand english, the hit is solid and I can get plenty of spin on the CB with it.

I just hope the new flashier cue performs as well.

It would be nice if they also told about the stuff in the bag instead of just a picture.
