If you have lived here your whole life or just moved here, i would suggest going to Rustys Billiards in fort worth on camp bowie west. it is a great place and lots of fun. its an actual pool hall not a sports bar like some ive been too. its clean and cheap. they have some nice 9 foot brunswicks and some 8 foots too. its extremely cheap to play there during the day if you can. theres an all day rate thats around 7 bucks. so most of the tim you play from open which the latest it opens is 1pm mon-thur, 11am fri-sat, and 12pm sun, for only like 7 bucks. its a great deal. they brush the tables after each use which is really nice and i believe they vacuum them atleast once a week. they wipe the rails down and everyone is just friendly there. its a great place for pool and billiards.
