Please help identify this cue

I know that this cue is a copy of a gina cue but I am wondering if any of you have any idea who may have made the cue and what it might be worth? Also, do you think that real ivory is used in the cue?

Saw that one in a cue catalog from a maker in the Phillipines a couple of years age. Judging by the workmanship that's probably the origin.
