Please help identify this shaft

Hello all, just hoping someone could give me insight on who does ringwork similar to this one on shaft collars. Don't have much else to go on.

if its a 3/8th's X 10 thread, it could be a Lomax shaft.

Steve Lomax shafts are usually .835" at the joint, and 3/8-10 threads.

The Bender shafts are a special thread, close to a 3/8-14, and the diameter is larger. Around .845" if I recall.
