Wow....it's been a couple of years since I bumped this thread. Hopefully someone might be able to notice something about this cue that might spark an idea as to who might have made it!
Im 99.9% sure this isnt right but I saw a Haley cue with that ringwork once, and the 3/8x10 pin. I dont think Ron started making cues until around 1990 but according to the 'Blue Book' he has been a pool enthusiast since 1965. Whatever the make is, its a neat cue.
If I had to guess I would say that the cue was made by Tex Zimmerman, his work was definitely similar to Harvey Martin but Tex used a lot of points like that, similar rings and similar pin
The inside edge of the buttcap has been modified somehow to fit a house cue bumper I think since it came with a newer house cue bumper. It has a rough-cut, but there are no markings there.
It may be an optical illusion but in the first post 3rd pic. I would swear I see the numbers 603 stamped in the cue. It also appears that the numbers may have an H or two in front of them but that is a reach.
