Please Identify This Cue

Hello fellow AZ brothers and sisters....I am calling you all to identify this cue...The owner wants to know who's the maker of the cue...below the joint and above the shaft joint has a "456" numbers that match the butt and the shaft..it has the original leather wrap with brass joint piloted ..i think its 5/16x14 joint....it also has 4 points ebony...and the shaft as you can see on the pictures has alot of grains....let me know who's the cuemaker and the value of this cue...would really appreciate if someone can identify this cue

I do not think it is worth more than around $40 if it is straight, and not falling apart.
