I have been wanting to have a converted titlist, but frankly can not find a straight titlist for conversion for conversion in my price range, plus just do not have the money for a high price cue maker to do the conversion.

I have seen a couple of faux (copy) titlist inspired cues, and if you have such a cue I would like seeing your faux (copy) titlists, and also hope you will share who built the faux (copy) titilist.

One of the nicest one I have found in my search was by bryan mordt of az. But I am sure there are other cue makers doing faux (copy) titlists.

I have several Ariel Carmeli Titlist tribute cues for sale at my site. They are very well made and should be good players. They won't break the bank either! The cue pictured has thinwall brass joint collar (and gold anodized pin) for the look but not the weight of the Hoppe brass joint.

Titlist conversion

A local cuemaker here in Lubbock, Texas, does some really nice work. i just bought a Titlist conversion with two shafts( ivory ferrules) from him for $650, and he is in the process to make some more in the next 2 months. Has some nice titlist cues to convert. Just let me know if the price range is good for you, and I can get a pic of mine to show you his work. He does a pretty good job. I also have the ability to get at a few good condition Titlist conversions - T.N.S. & RK to name a few for under $900, and Odom and Toeboy for around $1100 and all the cues are in great shape. Just let me know what interests you, and I can take some pics, and get them to you. What is your price range?

thanks & I hope I can help.

BTW, both shafts from my cue were from an older verl horn cue that he had lying around, and they hit lights out!!!!!

Oldy butt goody conversion

Here is a picture of a Toeboy Titlist Conversion that was on ebay in March of 2006 from a Texas seller. I would say its a winner, if you can find one. ;)

how do you tell the difference exactly between an original and a non original blank. i have a phillipi conversion that i have always assumed was an original titlist but im not 100%. i can post pictures. i paid $650 for it if that means anything. its just a plain one with no inlays.
