So what are some unique pocket markers you guys have seen over time?

One pocket is the only reason i ever mark a pocket....that being said,
if i don't have any pocket change, i'll use a drink coaster.

It's kinda funny when you've got like 4 of them stacked up.

Back when I played league, i used to use and old charm I had. It was a large pewter dragon, wrapped around into the shape of an 8. Coincidentally, I started a team named F8L, it became the team marker, and basis for the design of our shirts.

Marking the pocket is the gayest thing to hit pool since the glove. Now that I have that off my chest, I always use the stupid coasters.

When I played APA, I used a jellified brain toy I bought at work. Then I moved on to a giant evil clown head that sat on the pocket and looked like I was shooting the ball into his mouth. If I made it, his eyes would light up. If I missed he called me a d1psh1t.

I would have to say one of the funnier times was when a friend of mine was playing the team known for pushing the rules to the limit. You HAD to mark your pocket no matter how obvious, and if you didn't they would call it on you and take the game. Real sticklers for the rules, every rule.
In any case, my friend was playing and his opponent said it was ok if he called the pocket....but the team captain argued that after every single rack. So finally, my friend grabbed a bar stool and put it on the pool table upside down to mark his pocket.

One young lady in our league was playing a match, and started to call her pocket. Her own captain insisted she mark it. After a brief discussion between them, with the captain obviously not backing down, the young lady went to the rest room, came out a couple of minutes later, and proceeded to mark her pocket....with her bra!
