I really like head to head but since most pool watching is on the internet, I selected tournaments because it fits in to my time schedule and I see a variety of world class players. But a head to head match is hard to beat.

Locally there are only bar tables that are readily available and yes I miss playing on a 9' table , if mine was a perfect world I'd have a 10' table and a house large for it and have friends over for pool and some BBQ !

So until I win the lottery I'll be satisfied with bar tables and YouTube ha ha

What part of Montana are you in? I just played a tournament in Butte this weekend. At the Bozeman airport as I type this!
 
I'm about 100 miles away about as close to the center of the state as you can get .
Enjoy Butter if the M & M Cafe is open it's worth finding if you're hungry for a darn good breakfast or it was the last time I ate there .

A friend of mine mentioned I believe it was the Branding Iron Cafe was also a good place for a good meal .
The Pork Chop John originated in Butte when and if you come out this way again .

Everyone told me about the pork chop sandwiches! I spent most of my time in the Part Palace playing pool. Didn't get out as much as I'd hoped.
 
Butte is,one of my favorite places one of my best friends and his family lived there , sadly he passed away however I've got another friend who lives there also that i need to go visit sometime soon our kids grew up together for a few years before they moved to Butte then I moved as well .
when I get done dealing with these last few medical issues and get back to work again I hope to get out to visit people I've not been able to visit for awhile .
The other cafe maybe the 5 spot come to think of it a mind is a terrible thing to waste ha ha
