Pool Balls

Get a set of dynaspheres. They are basically cyclops balls and from my experience with cyclops balls the cue ball is a lot heavier than the rest of the balls.
My data doesn't support this.

Was bored today so I weighted some of my sets. I also created a separate thread.

Requesting feedback. I use at home Brunswick Centenial balls. They weigh approximately 6.6oz. In my league they changed all their balls to Dyna Spheres. I noticed my game changed. They seem much lighter and I weighed a ball and it came in at approx 5.9oz. I can tell the difference. The lighter balls seem to slide more. Long shots that may not be dead on appear to send the object ball off more than the heavier balls! Now, I’m thinking of switching to the Dyna Spheres at home to match the league I play at. All feedback would be appreciated!
Try washing your balls. They might just be dirty.

So I weighed my new set of Tournaments when i first purchased them, along with my measles CB. All within a gram. I do find it interesting the Tournament CB was the lightest.

I see the aramith tournaments go on sale quite often. I love my set. Crisp white color on the high balls and deep luster on the low balls. Wish the cue ball was a measel ball. I would like to own the black set they offer they look sharp in my opinion. I really like the black measles ball that comes in that set as well. I can never find this set on sale though. I will say my tournaments feel a lot heavier than the pool balls at the bar I play at sometimes. I have no idea what sets they use.

old pos bar balls. i'm sure they are lighter. probably not that round either.

I love how you state all ball is be them equal and then you post a link that illustrates their differences.

Fine work.

Well the link is specifications for the ball sets, not a difference is sets by name. Seeing eye dog might be in order to help you read, and comprehend.

Being not demanding about color, pattern, etc., about ball set. All I care about is if they roll true.

Maybe if I was a world class player, little bitty difference might be a big deal.

Few World class players on AZB, those folk work at Pool like a job.

Bet they are at work building game, not talking shit with keyboard😃

Contact KOINNKID on here, he and his wife have a company on Amazon and Ebay called All About the GameRoom. He had the Black Measle ball in stock when I was looking for it.

I think he was referring to the Aramith Black set being on sale.
