Pool In St. Lucia on My Honeymoon!

Just this past week My New Wife and I spent our Honeymoon in St. Lucia, and i realized that our little online community has gone global.

I was sitting at one of the bars at the sandals resort getting my drunk on, watching this guy banging some balls around on pool table. (Note: these tables are Horrible) and i noticed that this guy had a stroke. so i offered to play him, and then we got on the topic of cues that we had back home.

And then the mention of AZBilliards came up, and i realized that i am not the only one who is addicted to this site. we spent the rest of the evening BSing about the site and Valley Forge, which i thought was a real coincidence being that i was there also. so all in all it made for a great evening, it fueled my addiction while i was soaking in the sun on an Island Paradise.

So NICK from Philly if you are out there, congratulations on yours and your beautiful wife's marriage. i wish you many years of joy and happiness!

Hope You dont hang up the cues now, You Shoot a great game!

Wow! Your wife let you PLAY POOL on your honeymoon. That"s a great indicator that you may well be in for a long and happy marriage.

That looks like Sandals Halcyon. St Lucia is beautiful, my wife and I had a great time there.
 
That table looks Identical to the ones in my regular pool hall. Although that looks like an 7 or 8-footer. You remember what brand they were?
 
Thats crazy i was just thinkin bout st lucia for my honymoon. Its not till march but were pickin the honymoon place now, and the sandals resort in st lucia was at the top of the list. Was that the only table you saw, was their any poolhalls?
 
1st. My form is way off do to the achohol in my bloodstream

2nd. I dont know the make of the pool table (The table played so bad i care not to remember) and they had 2 of them both in the same shape

3rd. If you are thinking of picking St. Lucia, the halocian is the best pick. everything about the place was great! We had went over to one of the other Sandals on the island (Regency) and it was nicer looking but the atmosphere was horrible. people were very snooty there, It was like a place where all the wanna be rich kids went. Although they did have a Snooker Table

I highly recomend the Halocian, definatly take the Snorkling tour too while you are there!

And as far as if they have any pool halls on the island, i dont know, outside of the resorts the island is very run down and poverty striken. From what i hear alot of the islands are that way! i would be scared to walk the streets there at night. I kida had the feeling like something would happen straight out of the movie "Tourista's" there.. if you know what i mean !
 
and yes my Wife is a keeper! she encourages me to play pool as long as we have together time! She plays also so i guess that helps!
